Music To My Ears: Silver Lady (Filth soundtrack)

A relatively new-born, Filth, which alike Trainspotting is also based on a book written by Irvine Welsh, has shocked the viewers all over the world with disturbing images of cocaine use, excessive drinking and quite vivid sex scenes. Film tells us a story of Bruce Robertson (James McAvoy), a careerist Scottish cop, who, besides having drinking, drug and sex problems, is also damaged mentally in a severe way. The movie is amazing, I say – the best McAvoy performance I have seen yet, and just to put the cherry on top of the scene with this spesific soundtrack, they’ve invited David Soul himself to play the taxi driver who first puts and then sings along with the song.
